Steal drugs from residents to pass . Raymond sleeps with everyone and Raymond rubs up against people

Cons

Stolen drugs plus Raymond always, always wants sex. He was caught having sex with a medtech in the kitchen supply closet. One of the Pca video taped it. He threatened to fire anybody that talked about it.

Very Welcoming Environment

Pros

I love working here because there is always a chance to move forward with the company. Everyone is always welcoming to new employees. They have recently developed affinity academy which will teach leadership skills to those in the field.

Cons

The company does not yet have a 401k. They are in the process of creating one which will help. There is not too much team building but they are trying harder.

Residence and family very nice .

Cons

Under paid, drama through out the whole facility , Administration has no clue what they are doing . Run out of cleaning supplies every month , The cleaning supplies we did have did not clean good . Administration received direct deposit and the other employees received checks . Would not recommend anyone to work here or put their family members in this facility.
