Pros

The pioneer company with largest experience and assets in this business. Innovative approaches and new business areas invested are making the business richer. ALK is the best company to get this experience and develop yourself in this segment. Global structure is open to share and support local affiliates.

Cons

The company is under threat of loosing business in named patient products segment, and does not seem to have found a good and compensatory direction in another business field. Global is not willing to listen to affiliates’ voice. They are not in close contact with key associates.
