great work life balance. Lower management is not skilled or higher management is not present, so it is easy to cut corners. If you don't make your hours, nobody cares or does something about it. They have a great canteen. No need to develop yourself or go on courses, you can just stick with doing the same every day.

Cons

If your manager is not that good at throwing tasks over the fence and you also have a sense of responsibility this is not the place for you. You will get a burn-out Management is more about being friends than being a manager. Everything is handled throug the informal network. if you need anything for your department, you should better know someone. Lack of vision, no communication as to where the department is going. Silo thinking, people from different buildings are fighting each other instead of working together. It seems that a change has come with the arrival of the EVP for Supply Chain, i hope this trend continues.
