One of the worst places to work.

Pros

Overall the work you do is very easy and you get to see movies for free.

Cons

Management was very unprofessional to say the least. No raises, no overtime, and no extra pay for working on holidays. You have to sell the Stubs rewards card with every transaction in box office and concession. Most theaters require a minimum amount of stub sells for each shift but it is very difficult to sell a rewards card for 12$ when the competition has free programs. I had many problems with not getting paid for the hours I worked, example I would work 60 hours on a paycheck but once I received my paycheck it would only say I worked 50.

Pros

Can work as many hours as wanted, semi flexible scheduling, works around school/vacations and thats about the only reason ive stayed here as long as I have. get a disney ID and occasional park tickets which is nice.

Cons

NO overtime, terrible supervisors and managers, supervisors are young and 18 years old, management not much better and none of them have prior restaurant experience, corporate messes up paychecks constantly, horrible tippers, just dont work here. its a nut house. always expected to run trays no matter how tired you are, or if you even have any tables. everyone else is beyond lazy. bussers dont do anything. and required tipshare towards bussers and bar is ridiculous. always looked down upon and treate as a child for the stupidest things. parking.

Pros

Fast paced environment with a lot of entry level workers. Sales experience is always nice to work with in any job. Opportunities to get into management if you are motivated or interested. The company tends to have you ready after a few months-several months to move into a supervisory role.

Cons

Minimum wage to start. Work shifts can sometimes include doubles, 9am to 1am easy.
