When on call if you work day shift the last call is at 3pm if they need you or not.

Administration is not trustworthy. They blatantly lie. They do not value their physicians and employees.

Caring and compassionate staff, everybody worked very well together in order to fulfill patients' needs.

Cons

Administration did not care about their staff, they did not take feedback, and did not hire enough staff which made for a negative work environment.
