Pros

Not micromanaged, flexible start times, only good for first time job seekers or inexperienced

Cons

All salaried positions so they don’t pay you overtime but expect it from you. No company culture because too busy focused on clients projects that constantly change & your mgr is in another state. It’s very fragmented company You’re treated like a robot & moved from desk to desk without warning or placed on a table w/a laptop to work & you have no say. They care about their clients first & simply treat their employees as tools & as means to an end. There is favoritism & discrimination & passive aggressive behavior in one associate mgr. They always seem to select a few poor unlucky new hires to get put on clients project that everyone hates... it’s like being sent to the land of misfits...something’s up with it. Unless you’re desperate don’t waste your time here. This is most uncaring & cold company. The mgrs manage projects not people they don’t know to lead nor do they care. They love to hire young people right out of college so they don’t have to pay them much & know they can take advantage of.

Pros

free coffee, nice co workers

Cons

The management is horrible and are all hired because they were friends with someone else higher up. Training is inadequate, yet they tell clients they are being provided with highly trained BSA/AML professionals, most of which have never worked in the field before. Technology is horrible, slow computers, slow systems. Often times out of work, with no direction on what to do in down times other than to sit there doing nothing. The work is mindless and it causes morale to be low in the office, it's dead quiet and all you hear are keyboards clicking. Favorites are played very often and if they like you then you will be promoted, if not, you are going to be an analyst I for your time here. Pay is extremely low for the industry average. The benefits offered are expensive with high deductibles and nobody in the company was there to walk through open enrollment and explain the benefits. They set unrealistic production goals with clients, which are very hard to meet and you will be scolded if you do not meet them. Wiring all over the floor and every where in the office from the computers, which seems like a safety hazard. They do not want to invest in their employees and think everyone can be replaced from what i've seen.

Pros

Nice view. Free coffee. Set your own schedule.

Cons

This place is a staffing firm. Pure and simple. They need warm bodies to fulfill the contracts they sign and will push their employees to work extra for little to no benefit. This also means no advancement opportunities. This place runs on minimal management already. Most of this management is from an office across the country leaving satellite offices to fend for themselves. Because of this there rampant rumors, favoritism, and harassment. So called leaders mope around the office and only divulge new processes when something is done wrong. So called managers are allowed to publicly berate and belittle employees without repercussions. Then because there are no real leaders on site that can make changes, headquarters has to step in typically frustrated they have to travel across country to deal with their self inflicted issues.
