Pros
They pay you WFH It is pretty easy work
Cons
The training is patently absurd. You go through this two week course which is akin to a college course where you get powerpointed to death and have to take a series of tests. If you fail those tests you get fired. IT IS DUMB, because when you finally get out of training to a client almost all that training is useless. They expect you to work unpaid overtime and weekend for banks. I am sorry maybe I am childish but I am not working for banks for free. You have to work with systems that barely work. It is impossible to reach anyone except the person who is directly training you. They apparently pay 20k less than another company would for a similar position. Also not giving people bank holidays off despite working for banks, disgusting
