The analysts are severely underpaid, and the benefits are so-so. The analysts are asked to produce a large quantity of cases with minimal to no error which causes a lot of stress and anxiety. You will not be paid fairly, nor will you be treated like much more than a robot. I did not feel cared about during my time at AMLRS. The worst part is that they really don't seem to care about retaining analysts, you can be replaced if needed, with someone who they can pay 5-10k less than you.

15 days PTO/sick time, never increases. Doing anything more than the bare minimum will increase your quota and expectations. Not hitting quota gets you penalized, but exceeding it gets you no bonus. No bonus for overtime hours which are expected, HR has completely cycled in and out over 3 times in 2 years. PTO counts against your production so you have to make up what you missed while out. And after years in this company and a change in title, I received a single raise for 1.5% of my salary. How can a top performer (per 48 of the 56 weekly scorecards) get a single 1.5% raise on a terrible starting salary in multiple years.
