      Positioned to be a player in the US RPO market

      Pros

      Americas Region has a strong Senior Leadership team. There has been a good amount of restructuring, which should make the company stronger going forward. I think that they can be a significant player in the US RPO market in years to come.

      Cons

      Dedicated client delivery model limits job security for employees and flexibility for the organization. Redeployment model is one of the best in the industry, but too many opportunities are location bound.

      Met great people and had flexibility to work in the office or from home

      Cons

      They only care about the bottom line not hardworking employees. No matter how hard you work, it is not good enough. Poor management experience.

      Great Place to Start Your Career

      Pros

      -Phenomenal people and culture -Flexible Work from Home options -Big-name clients, AKA great resume builders -Ability to learn about anything in the business -Foundations Program provides great platform for people new to the recruitment industry -PTO and Benefits -Most of management wants you to succeed -Great office

      Cons

      -You will have to watch people get promoted with less experience, a lower skill set, and a shorter tenure than you -Salaries are below market value -Salaried employees can expect to work far more than 40 hours a week, regularly
