      Pros

      Generally speaking, management cares about employees and their growth within the company. However, that's not always the case (see below). If you're well liked, you can work to grow and your manager will help you do so. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Compensation is a joke. Management only helps you grow if they like you. If you're not in the 'circle,' you're not going to make it too far.

      Pros

      Big logos. Some of the hardest working people I've ever met who are overworked and underpaid. Good training. Windows.

      Cons

      This company is going nowhere. Management has no clue what they are doing. They go after business and then scramble to figure out what to do and end up cutting people to balance the books. When clients come, they put on a show with scripted and staged meetings. This company exists to turn a profit for investors and keep a small group of people paid more than they are worth.

      Supporting the UK AMS was the best experience but supporting the Americas AMS was horrible.

      Pros

      Work-life balance was good. UK AMS is the best.

      Cons

      Everything. Anything you do that has something to do with Cleveland GCSC will set you up for failure. Management doesn't care, they will make promises and then act like that promise was never made. I cannot believe the politics that go on in the Americas AMS. Completely disappointed.
