Fun product, good pay, people and culture...meh

Pros

Very interesting product line. You will never get bored. Work load is not high

Cons

Cliques. Looks like you have to know somebody to get in or keep your job. Many managers got their own set of "friends" that work with them, and they take their "friends" with them when they change depts, and keep them around during layoffs and get rid of others. Tough to break in to these cliques.
