APCON reviews

I am unsure who authored the post in April, sounds a bit misdirected and a less than accurate reflection . APCON is a smaller tech environment that initially offers a perception (short lived) that you can impact your job/role, good pay and a nice breakout/lunch area - showers - good location and parking ease.

I am in a sales role at APCON and I can tell you that the APCON product is top notch. Customers love it on paper and when they get to the evaluation phase it wins hands down versus competitors. The company has always acted in the best interest of my customers when issues arise. In a sales role, there are no guidelines in place for how to grow the business. You have the freedom to pursue business and grow your region as you see fit. I've read some of the other posts here. I have never been asked to make a positive post on the website. I have little engagement with the owner so cannot really speak to how he engages with others, but the leadership I do work with has been very supportive, collaborative and easy to work with. It is also refreshing to see an annual bonus plan. This is completely optional and it is good to see the owner share the company's success with the employees.
