      Pros

      Definitely some sharp people on staff, across multiple departments, and decent salary and benefits - but that's about it.

      Cons

      Really horrible, manic leadership, if you can call it that, up top. Unpredictable and inappropriate to say the least, and as a result, extremely high turnover rate.

      Good employees, pay and work/life balance.

      Pros

      Coworkers are generally smart and dedicated. Schedules are realistic and the management is very hands on. There is a lot of cutting edge work, just browse the product line to see everything that has been finished recently. If you have good skills, this is a good place to work. Bonuses are almost routine. Pay is probably above average for the area. The hours you are expected to spend at work are basically 9 to 5. You have to get work done, but expectations are realistic and management/co-workers are very good.

      Cons

      Staying on the cutting edge can be a grind and for a small company that is growing, sometimes it can be a little over-whelming. Staying on that edge means you might have to change directions mid release maybe more then once. Having good co-workers and management helps a lot.

      Owner Is Unique - Needs 2 Spend More Time Flying and Less In His Role

      Pros

      Some really good people doing their best - unfortunately money vs. integrity is the sorting device for most hired. The product is a strong design and has a good market, the internal production line and team is committed to doing their best. Workout center and showers - nice additions

      Cons

      Owner - very unique and has an agendy that is based on appearance vs performance. Any show of now conformity will eventually lead to disfavor and eventual departure (which isn't always a bad thing - like being released from prison :}
