Pros

Easy job to get. Decent pay. Although, they cut sales pay 5-6 times in the 2 years I was there.

Cons

Average hours are 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Biggest revolving door I have ever seen. I’ve seen plenty of revolving door companies but, none compare to this. With 12-14 comfort advisors on staff, after 1 year there was only 2 other guys that were there when I started.

Pros

I started with ARS part-time in an entry level position, as an SSA . I was quickly made full-time , then promoted to a supervisor role. This enabled me to move into a management position with another company, The Home Depot. After a year I came back as Director of the Home Depot Program. My story is not unique in Norcross, almost every single key person in a management position started in an entry level one, including the GM! ARS Pays for performance. The more you succeed the more you are rewarded in all positions.

Cons

Like a lot of pay for performance positions, you have to be self motivated. The SSA position does not have a lot of micro managing. If you need someone to be watching your every move to be motivated, you will not succeed in the SSA position or at the company.
