Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Although they advertise it as a "year round full time position" it's not. After the summer they look for any reason to fire most of the staff. Once the firing is done, they cut hours back for the remainder of the year. Too much cattiness amongst co-workers, most everyone undercuts the others, and it's encouraged by HR. The mysoginistic managers make working there unbearable. THey only care about money, they refuse to help out when needed, and will most likely be found hanging out with each other outside of the office rather than actually working in the office. It's 100% a disaster and it's only gotten worse since i had started there.

Pros

Weekly pay, benefits, hour and pay

Cons

Outbound calling, they blame the call center for everything. There is no real training, everybody calling the same customers over and over. They don’t motivate you to succeed. I didn’t like calling the same customers over and overs. That’s harassment. I asks the supervisor for a new list and I all ways get the same answer.
