Pros

I have been with the company for over 3 years and love it. The pay is good and management is extremely helpful and takes your needs into consideration. Insurance benefits and PTO time as well. Great environment!

Cons

We are open 24/7 so the business is open all the time

Bonuses, best call center manager ever, appreciated for being dependable and trustworthy...these are just a few of the things I like about working in the Houston call center.

Cons

Busy season is busy! But then again the day goes by quickly. There really aren't any cons for me.

I love working at ARS Rescue Rooter! Everyone is really nice and friendly! Nothing, but a big family here!

I honestly can't find any downsides working here! I'm actually happy to come to work!
