Pros

They have a good pay structure & you also learn how to become an independent buisness person long-term if you can survive the hard working, labor intensive, late nights, working on your days off, type of environment

Cons

They switch General Managers about every 1-2 yrs. & sometimes you will catch yourself working too much

Pros

I started with ARS part-time in an entry level position, as an SSA . I was quickly made full-time , then promoted to a supervisor role. This enabled me to move into a management position with another company, The Home Depot. After a year I came back as Director of the Home Depot Program. My story is not unique in Norcross, almost every single key person in a management position started in an entry level one, including the GM! ARS Pays for performance. The more you succeed the more you are rewarded in all positions.

Cons

Like a lot of pay for performance positions, you have to be self motivated. The SSA position does not have a lot of micro managing. If you need someone to be watching your every move to be motivated, you will not succeed in the SSA position or at the company.
