Steady work - with Benefits, and Vacation Pay. They are not perfect but this company has the right intentions. They look for honest employees with above average morals. They provide benefits so you can go to the doctor when needed. They provide vacation time paid, so you can take time with your family. I work hard and get paid to do so.... I'm very happy with Unique Services/ARS Rescue Rooter. They're a good Company to work for.

Stable work year round at an HVAC and Plumbing company. Insurance Benefits, Vacation time, paid holiday,Very fair and accommodating in the treatment of employees. Great team full of awesome people. Emphasis on taking care of customers like you would your own family. Involvement in community activities. Great opportunity to work along side with other industry professionals and learn all facets of the HVAC and plumbing industry.

Can be stressful at times, there are lots of people that need help in Las Vegas during the summer and we get extremely busy.

Outbound calling, they blame the call center for everything. There is no real training, everybody calling the same customers over and over. They don’t motivate you to succeed. I didn’t like calling the same customers over and overs. That’s harassment. I asks the supervisor for a new list and I all ways get the same answer.
