Open scheduling - understanding upper management - flexible days - Base pay WITH commission, no door to door tactics and constant motivation.

Cons

Weekends, Cold Sales, Easy to get unmotivated, weekends are a must.

Plenty of hours to be worked, too many sometimes! Take home truck.

Cons

Long hours, I'm still on hourly but the want to switch me t commission, where you cant actually plan around your income. Not much help if you have questions. No training program for newbies.

Hard to get 1% commission on sales. Weekly meeting. Doesn't understand give respect get it.

Almost everything . Unpaid commissions. Non reimbursement of funds. Failure to pay all of salary. High pressure to sell .

There were no pros except pto and co workers who were understanding of management being on every ones backs. All they care about is the jobs on the board and then screwing people over! They don't care about you performing or you at all they make you solicit fake calls to customers that don't even want these people in there home! I sure as hell would not!

Cons

They tell you you'll get 10% commission witch is a complete lie because it's not for everything! Customers cancel or management reschedules them! so then you won't even get that commission! You'll be belittled here and they will talk behind you're back before ever confronting you!
