Pros

Great family (yet professional) oriented atmosphere. I really like how involved the organization is in the Memphis community and the communities of its branches around the country. The pay is fair and the work I do is very rewarding.

Cons

I wish there were more diversity across departmental and executive leadership. It'd be nice to see more women and minorities in executive positions.

The Performance pay was great. They gave us a fair rate makeing over 200 most days. They were very business first.

Cons

The GPS on truck with the camera on the rear view is crazy. The uniforms also. If your working in an attic all day you should not be expected to wear a button down tucked into heavy pants. Truck inspections making shure your regulators are off tanks.

Almost everything . Unpaid commissions. Non reimbursement of funds. Failure to pay all of salary. High pressure to sell .

Cons

Slow seasons like any HVAC company, sometimes management gets upset when you call for help, short staffed on HVAC technician dept, and working 11+ hours 6 days a week during busy season.

Great pay and benefits are obtainable if you put in the work. . Tools and resources provided for success. Management for my area are professional, knowledgeable , and extremely productive. Also encourage an open door policy. While still maintaining a family feel hard to find in a corporate business.
