The customers complain a lot about technicians who havent completed their work which makes your job difficult.

They do not pay well on the commission side of it. Too many price cuts.

The management was not professional. They they talked about customers and other emoyees . One day they would say you were the best then next day you were the worst. They would not follow up with customers. Benefits were way over priced.

Feast or famine, no in between. No sell no paycheck. Drive ALL day from one side of town to next. SELL and your on top for short period. Have to work 8 + hours and still go home with no pay during slow period. No consistency on schedule/work weekends

Communication between management and departments is seriously lacking. Most everyone is doing their job, but because of the different personalities, there are a lot of disagreements and customers will suffer and be inconvenienced because of that. There are constant changes and meetings for those in the office are rare leaving most of us in the dark.Medical benefits are expensive.

This company will work you like a dog. And pay you less then everyone else! The classify DISPATCHERS and CSRs as two different things. If you are a CSR, expect to be treated like the lowest level employee for the entire company. They don't give a hoot about he CSR. BUT, get this, the CSR does TWICE as much work as the dispatchers. And get paid less. You have to dispatch and you have to deal with almost all of the customer complaints because customer service "manager" will pawn off all of her work on you. I worked 6 days a week for 90% of the time I was there and I was paid less then everyone else. I'm sure some branches are good to work for. But I would never recommend working for the riverside branch.

Downside of always having business is less family time.

Lousy pay and bad managers.
