Good pay, good team to work with and management isn’t bad. If you like high pace and competitive then this is the perfect place.

Cons

No work life balance. So greedy that they can forget their employees are human and have lives outside of work. The schedule is not set up for longevity. They will burn you out without hesitation.

Honestly this company really doesn't care about you. A rep doesn't show up to a customers house, guess what, that's your fault and you won't get you spiff. Also they screw up pay a lot, and instead of cutting a check, they give you a prepaid card.
