Good pay. Easy to get assistance when needed. Training is becoming more structured. Love the new call center desks break room etc. 24 hr building so lots of flexibility with schedules. Most people are down to earth.

Cons

Call center ops!!!!! Management is overwhelmed. Amanda is one of the kindest and fair call center managers I’ve ever met. As usual higher up management is so very out of touch. Processes changes at last minute or none were set to begin with. Upper management doesn’t actually care about the people that work for them we’re just a number. Super unprofessional environment. A very REACTIVE company.

Consistent hours and good pay. The benefits are pretty cheap and we have a good manager. They are keeping us up to date on changing equipment for training.
