There weren't really all that many cons. I was on call 7 days a week to manage my team so not as much work/life balance as one might want.

Idk maybe the hours who knows

Not enough time for family.. forced to work 6 days a week. Pay is a commission based structure where you make more money the less you discount. Issues being is in order to be at a reasonable price you have to give away all your commission.

You have to wait to be told to go to breaks and lunches. You cannot just get up and go to the bathroom, you have to ask and wait to be told to go. Attendance policy is way to strict.

Can be stressful when not performing according to expectations.

Poor management, no leadership or plan

The only issue is the corporate leadership trying cost effective ways to make them more money that keeps this company from being great.

Disorganized from the top down. Conflicting direction from the leaders. Salaried employees unofficially encouraged to work on PTO days. Outdated PTO accrual: No training for corporate jobs - you’ll figure it out as you go mentality.
