Pros

Good Sales Incentives as a Nationwide Company. As far as locally, there really aren't any pros. I loved our Direct Sales Associate Manager, who cared about us, but was played like a puppet by upper management.

Cons

Was hired as a full time person with benefits, and within a few months all of us were taken down to less than 20 hours. They knew this would be the case, because the summer is busy, and the winter it's not as busy. No Teamwork encouraged. Never met staff that we walked by every Thursday. No training. No communication. When we would call to follow up on a clients status for a client, they would say "we don't have time to talk". This was what I would swear was their Motto. We felt that it was easier for us to tell the client to call the company, because then they would talk to them. Us as employees, were told, "we're too busy, we don't have time to talk on a constant. We were even told NOT to call in with any questions. One that was in charge of posting our commissions was getting $50 kickbacks from the Comfort Advisors when a sale occurred and then posted as a LOST acct., hence we weren't getting paid on it. She quit and then was just re-hired even after they found out about it. Sales Staff were never introduced to the rest of the management that was in the office or the inside staff, that we all walked by every Thursday which did work on our accounts.

Pros

Great pay with good benefits. Plenty of business opportunity to get training if needed. You work in pairs which is good.

Cons

High turn around rate. Mostly due to unfair practices. Lots of favoring. Stop showing difference Between workers and be honest about a person's skills.

Pros

The workload is pretty steady as this organization is in a very "needed" sector. If you like to stay busy, you can easily, and they do pay you for your time. Full time employees receive a very fair UNH benefit package, and overtime is a must if you want to bank the money. With the cultures turn over the way it is, they will pay you to do more for a while before they replace any position. But you will get tired.

Cons

This organization fosters a very aggressive Sales culture as opposed to a service culture which would coincide with their marketing. There is a lot of finger pointing, ego`s, and insecurities at every level of the company. No one cares about the workload you are required to do, until your finished with the task that they assigned priority to, then wonder in amazement that you are not 2 people and could not finish both at the same time. Then your on the "list", and you better sell something even if your not in"sales", if you want to keep your job, or at list get off the list for a day. Hiring and firing do to lack of training is the name of the game.

Pros

My spouse works nights and I was able to work nights as well.

Cons

Wow, where do I begin? Management and senior dispatchers play favorites, I have never seen anything like it. If it's going to be a "money call" it's not the next tech up that gets the call, it's the boyfriend or the friend. If you are a new employee don't expect to make any friends because it's like revisiting high school with all the cliques. Training for new office employees? Good luck, you just get thrown to the wolves so keep your fingers crossed. One manager actually refused me a bathroom break. But the favoritism and the talking behind everyone's back is the worst, it's like being a teen ager all over again. Oh and there is NO room for advancement. You are pretty much stuck in the position you got hired into.

Pros

The Day shift starts off with 12.50 per hour. The night shift 13.50

Cons

The training at this place is horrible! There is no training class. The managers and team leads are useless and incompetent. They spend their entire day trying to micro manage when they should dedicate their time to training new employees. If you're looking for 40hrs a week don't count on it. They will send you home early every day due to a low call volume. If you choose to voice your opinion please be aware. The managers and half of the staff are related to each other, so watch what you say. How can 2 managers that work in the same department be related? I thought there was a law against that. I am currently working for these snakes, but everyday I'm applying for other means of employment.

Pros

It's a quick interview process the pay is great if you are a great to decent sales person. the job is relatively easy once you get past the fear of not making your first two weeks quota. They have a very friendly work environment. meetings are fun and exciting. I also got to make my own hours with the note I had a hour limit and I had to work just about every weekend.

Cons

The training process isn't really a training process at all they just plopped me in a home depot store and told me to go get some leads after one day of orientation. they had a supervisor watching for a little while but all he did I was give a few pointers and leave me hanging with little to any previous sales experience. They are overruled by corporate which is a bit cutthroat when you don't make them any money for even a short amount of time even when their product is off seasoned.

Pros

Overall talking to customers is the best part of this job start conversations with a lot of good people

Cons

If your not getting the leads they want you to. look out your pay will get cut from 12 dollars to 10 dollars. and the supervisor is all ways harassing you with text messages none stop and if your training with the supervisor she will chase people to get them to sign up. she will constantly want to retrain you if your not getting leads and come spy on you in your store. the promotions they offer get changed daily if you offer a customer a promo its gone the next day or in a week. they do not keep there word to customers and tell you to lie to them.
