Pros

Great brand history of the footwear - mediocre (at best) apparel and accessories.

Cons

Lack of leadership and communication. Sales are suffering and bad decisions are being made. The brand has no direction and leadership is a mess. You'll get promoted if you're among leadership's favorites, otherwise you will do the job of two (or more) with below average pay. A lot of turnover - the good ones are leaving (everyone is looking for other jobs) or have already left (about 40% turnover in the last 18 months). Half the company is moving to Boston by mid-2017. Don't believe anything management says - all lies. The corporate parent in Japan controls most everything - there is a disconnect in terms of management style with regard to how we do business in the USA. Most of the positive reviews you find here on Glassdoor are from the associates in the Outlet stores... corporate (Irvine) is a different story. Stay away!

Pros

Great history Casual work environment Flexible Working for the international brand Product discount Gym and cafeteria Opportunity to work with global team

Cons

Lack of leadership everywhere No direction Too many changes in the upper management No transparency Good people and hard workers are leaving Favoritism (don't be fooled by the titles.) Some teams have a bunch of people but some team has a few people. You will have to do EVERYTHING if you fall into those team.
