Where to begin
Management will tell you if your doing good, you'll work 45 hours a week, if not you may get close to 50 as a manager... There hasn't been a week in the last 7 months I pulled less than 50. Getting 60 some weeks Even being the best in my department in the whole region nonstop and consistently.
General manager gets paid big bucks to sit at his desk and check emails all day, yet take all the credit with the regional manager.
Nonstop changing policies and requirements.

Hope you like roaches and bed bugs, I've had to bomb my vehicle for roaches from them hitching a ride in my personal belongings multiple times.
Got someone with bedbugs... Yeah it may not come back to the store but you still have to hound the customer for a payment until they charge off
Want a good vehicle to drive... Yeah forget that, policy states if a vehicle has ANY issue the vehicle is to be parked until repaired... Bald tires... Pray it doesn't blow out, no air conditioning in the middle of summer... Open a window and pray you don't pass out from heat exhaustion...
Raises are pretty much non existent, except for the GM and up, a 10 plus year employee is going to make Dang near the same as a new hire... But it's OK you get a couple extra hours a year of vacation, which on that topic: they constantly change those policies without notice to screw you more
There are a few good policies from corporate, if the GM world enforce them it would help the store run a little smoother, instead they once again sit at their desk until a regional manager is coming and then it is a frantic mess with the GM making everyone stay ridiculous hours to make his store look like it runs the way it is supposed to.
More and more worthless employees hired as the good employees have had enough of the crap, but what can you expect when you only want to hire part time people. What kind of decent person is going to work for a company part time, with hours of 4pm to 9pm Monday through Friday... Give me a break
So many shady things going on within the company that's all hush hush, but it doesn't take a genius to see what's going on, like the multiple lawsuits they're in, and all the times they have filed bankruptcy due to being sued.
When sales are down, let's give everything away for free...give all the crap to the accounts department to clean up, so they can get griped at when stuff gets delivered to people who haven't even been verified.
Speaking of sales and giving stuff away for free, let's touch on loyal customers... Yeah let's give them a hard time when they have 30+ payoffs with us... Company doesn't give a crap about loyalty from its employees or it's customers. I've witnessed it being said from GMs and regional managers that they don't care how many people charge off during a free til promo, if they have 40% keep it and pay they are fine with that... But don't you dare bring that up as a lousy peasant... Your job is to collect and fix all the GMs downfalls.
And don't forget the sexist remarks to women (that never happened because there are more guys than girls and they will stick up for the other guys) as well as the discrimination if you happen to be white
I could go on and on... If you need a quick buck and don't want any kind of life and enjoy working with grown perverts with the mentality of a 12 year old... Go for it
