Pros

You do have friendly coworkers for the most part but that's about it.

Cons

This company is unorganized. There is no work life balance. You are expected as a sales manager to not only help on the floor, you are expected to make up to or more than 80 sales calls per day as well as making sure the floor is always stocked with product with little help on top of managing deliveries and taking care of customers who come in. Management turnover is insane as well as employees. Plus more.

Pros

As long as you have a good team it can be fun and the pay can be good as long as you bonus. You can make decent money for lower middle class. They have great contest and bonus but they set the bar to high sometimes for you to reach them.

Cons

Long hours. If you don't like dealing with the public this is not the job for you. You must have thick skin cause you will get cursed out trying to follow pathway. They will write you up for something small right before reviews so they don't have to give you a bonus or if you trying to transfer and leave they will write you up to keep you from leaving. They have contest that are great but if your in a poor city or in a store in a bad part of town where people don't like to pay they bills You won't see a dime of reward and you have to work harder. The pay is super low especially if your in a smaller store. You could work at Target or Taco Bell making more for less stress.
