      Unimpressive

      Pros

      You get introduced to how Sales Management works, meeting goals and setting them. The lease to rent training is decent. Job isn't hard.

      Cons

      Pay sucks. Bonuses are quite minimal, only a few hundred dollars. Was making 15$ an hr but worked open to close each day. Manager only hired me so that he could leave early and not have to stay until close. Monthly meetings were meh, Gonna get paid to look important I guess. My advice is to stay away, there are no long term career prospects or really any reason to stay.

      Terrible management

      Seems easy and laid back at first

      Cons

      Boss yells at you, has temper tantrums, impossible expectations, degrades people including customers, everyone always has something to say about everyone, mistreats customers as well.
