Pros

Health insurance, and employee discounts.

Cons

Corporate changes their minds constantly. Upper management is greedy, and unrealistic about expectations. They're now cutting hours and wages across the board. The pay is terrible for the stress and labor one must do.They pay new employees much higher than ones with tenure. No family life, however corporate is off weekends. It's just really frustrating. I loved the company for years, it's just the culture has truly changed for the worse. I've been everything one can be in an aarons location minus being the GM. It's very stressful, the hours suck, and corporate will harass you. If you can tolerate a lot of crap, it's great.

Pros

They offer PTO and sick days and have nice employee discounts

Cons

Long long loooong days. Fully staffed is running a skeleton crew. Just enough people so everyone can take a lunch break and youre not left by yourself in the store.

Pros

Some cool customer and some cool employees maybe a half day here and there. A “potential” bonus structure for employees

Cons

Where to begin....if you looked up extreme micromanagement in the dictionary this place would be the definition. Low and by industry standards low pay. They expect everything especially when almost all store are understaffed. Impossible bonus to hit, and even when hit not payed out or it’s questioned by upper management. A million and one tasks to do while you’re doing you job. Takes way to long to hire new employees to the point they find another job. They want you to work hours upon hours then get mad when you do. So so employe purchase program benefits that are “ok”
