      Seems easy and laid back at first

      Cons

      Boss yells at you, has temper tantrums, impossible expectations, degrades people including customers, everyone always has something to say about everyone, mistreats customers as well.

      Learn Then Move On. Aaron's W

      Pros

      Most, not all, of the employees are easy to get along with. New management has brought new ideas to help increase work/life balance and increased benefits but still below average compensation.

      Cons

      A lot of management positions are filled with individuals straight out of college. Don't get me wrong, management knows their jobs, however, for some, this is the only job they have had out of college and do not know what other company have or are currently offering. Aaron's wants to be number one in the industry but only pays and offers benefits at or below average standards. If you are not liked or fit in a "click", you will not get promoted even when the rear opportunity opens up for a position. If they have a problem with work performance, they will tell everyone else but you that there is a problem.
