It's an income & you get 20% discount(they will payroll deduct for 10%)*eyeroll*

Cons

No family life, or life at all. Little pay. They let employees sit around & do nothing but expect others to pick up the slack for nothing. Barely get raises, the benefits are a joke and they expect you to work Monday-Sunday open to close.

My general and regional manager's are great, I like my coworkers and customers.

Cons

Long hours, low pay even if you are experienced, no work life balance. Most general managers have tenure with the company and aren't leaving any time soon, almost impossible to move up in the company.
