      The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

      Pros

      Most of the people I work with are great. It's a genuine pleasure to go to work and see them. Also there is a lot of variety in any given day, between work out in the field and work in the store.

      Cons

      Some of the people that I work with require patience, humility and compassion. Some of the customers we work with are rude in the extreme. The compensation, reimbursement and work life balance could be better.

      Pros

      Excellent opportunities for advancement and salary increase. It is often a fun atmosphere and extremely customer service oriented. You have every opportunity to go above and beyond for the customer. You have direct influence over your paycheck!!! Real and attainable unlimited bonus and commission. If you like money and are competitive this is a good option. You don't necessarily need an extensive education. Its more about executing and doing the job then your knowledge.

      Cons

      Past accomplishments mean very little, its all about "what have you done for me today". There is constant pressure to perform better. Very poor work-life balance. Difficult to get any time off for general managers. You are expected to be in the store from open to close daily. There is definitely a "principals before personalities" conflict where hearsay can become reality. Unfortunately if you are not liked you will not last long.

      Always busy, different every day, good pay, good benefits, Sundays off.

      Cons

      50 hour weeks, management above store level isn't too helpful
