Pros

I've been here for almost 1 year and I am SO happy I made the move. I've experienced a positive, welcoming, and driven environment. The company hires talented people to come in and make an impact to the business. I feel like I've been able to apply my skills, be creative, while also seeing advancement in my personal growth; it's been so rewarding! I've seen others receive promotions within a year, which also gets me excited to see where I'll be in the next few months. Also - the technology is incredible.

Cons

Not too many cons. The obvious challenges of a growing company, but nothing alarming.
