      Pros

      The company is growing and seems to be doing well financially. Leadership is accessible and shares information with us in our regular townhall meetings so that we know what's going on. There's a "no jerks" policy and it feels like they really mean it.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing, things seem to change rapidly. It keeps you on your toes, so if you like a more complacent environment this might not be the right place for you.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at this company and actually reached out to the executive team to be interviewed! A few things to mention that are fantastic here include the supportive leadership, collaborative culture, strong company values, career growth opportunities, innovative products, recognition and appreciation and great pay. I'm very excited to be here at Absorb and wanted to make sure I noted this and made a review.

      Cons

      Very minimal cons for me at this time. What I would say is that innovation is always coming from the product team, so anyone that is focused on sales needs to be a fast learner to ensure that they can communicate the product effectively. You'll need to make sure to take initiative and communicate across teams because there is no hand holding, but this is what polishes a sales professional to be the best. No real cons here that I see!
