      Pros

      Good colleagues. Snacks. Generally a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Salary is not as high as it ought to be in a tech company. Lots of stress and changeover with changes "promised" for the future. Not very client-centric.

      Pros

      The company has a "no jerks" policy and does a really nice job with this. The recruiting finds really nice, smart candidates. The employees are really helpful and kind to each other and customers. The company has done a nice job in the last year or so in developing career paths within a function and does a good job moving people between departments for continued development. We have a great product and our customer sentiment scores are at an all time high.

      Cons

      We still have work to do on processes and product documentation. But, we have made progress in the last year.
