      Working at Absorb Software for the last 3+ years has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The people here are genuinely amazing! Smart, kind, and always willing to help. The culture is one of the biggest highlights: it's supportive, positive and inclusive. Even though Absorb is a remote-first workplace, the company goes above and beyond to foster a strong sense of community and belonging. There are always opportunities to connect, collaborate, and celebrate wins together. The company is going through an exciting phase of growth, which brings a lot of energy and opportunity. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that’s scaling with purpose and vision. In my experience, Management is approachable, transparent, and truly supportive. They listen, care, and empower you to do your best work.
