      Absorb has a strong, respectful culture. Collectively, we have a growth mindset and handle each challenge thoughtfully, yet with a bias toward action. Absorb is a leader in our space, making it easy to be proud of where we work.

      Every work place has their share of frustrations and challenges, however I appreciate the people we work with to get through them.

      Micromanagement everywhere, could not go without 2 1 on 1's a week, until I finally handed notice. Overseas management is not in great hands.

      - Management is extremely hands on in their direct support of employees - Due to the size of the teams, there are many people who are able and willing to collaborate on challenging assignments - Lack of negative-ego. A senior IPM asked for assistance on something and though new, I offered an idea. It was taken with grace, consideration, and kindness. - Actions taken on ideas. I've provided feedback that I wanted improvement in certain areas. I was tasked with an assignment that contributed towards the improvement of one of those areas. - Full WFH

      Cons

      - There are internal softwares or documentation that are outdated and don't currently have priority. - Pay is good, but could be a bit better.
