Interview Process

Pros

I wish every company was this upfront about the interview process. I was given clear timelines, everyone I met they sent linkedin profiles so I had an idea of who I would speak to and what their roles were. Everyone I met was friendly and gave me clear, upfront answers. Response times were also really reasonable - even when my contact went on holiday there was someone on staff to chat with me when I had a question.

Cons

There isn't a ton of wiggle room in negotiations - but they are really fair when it comes to down being upfront about what they can and can't do

Pros

The recruiting process was very straight forward with only a couple of steps and quick to make an offer. We have a fun culture that cherishes individuality. A Company that truly cares about their employees and our success. Great comp plan with a lot of upside.

Cons

No Slack and no unlimited vacation but we do get a generous amount of time of.f

Pros

flexible hours easy to talk to peers

Cons

leaders are very new in their role and will not help their team succeed so much as they will regurgitate praise and "do better" with no real direction for success. leaders have very little control over their team's success due to higher ups quitting, changing direction, not communicating changes in the road map, etc. leaders show they are overwhelmed and overworked by c-suite not understanding or trying to keep a director in place CSMs are grossly underpaid and the benefits are EXPENSIVE. not to mention the quarterly changes to software and the role to keep the group afloat
