Leadership lacked proper training and seemed more focused on their success vs. mentoring and supporting their team. Hard to advance. Not much growth opportunities.

Remote first environment, transparent leadership and autonomy. People are awesome to work with and everyone is very collaborative. Fun events to pull us together in a remote environment.

Cons

Some growing pains from a process standpoint but all expected.

- Not stressful environment with friendly coworkers - Nice office - Fully remote (except 1 day per quarter)

Cons

- Abysmal bonus amount and the incentive isn't setup well - Leadership doesn't do a good job communicating - Very little in way of internal training technical or leadership isn't there
