      Pros

      Absorb is a great company to work for. It's a fully remote work environment. There's great work life balance, team and culture. The leadership team is supportive and helpful, and the pay and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Working across time zones means it's occasionally necessary to take early or late meetings.

      Pros

      Great product, great leadership team that keeps things transparent, great people in general to work with. The ability to work in the Calgary office if you're near, or fully remote is a huge bonus to daily life and work/life balance. I genuinely enjoy working with my coworkers every day. The company is at a size where your opinion really matters and you can actually enact the change you think will work, and see the result.

      Cons

      As a smaller or medium company their benefits packages aren't the greatest. They're decent, but they won't compare to like a Facebook/Google/ big company that can offer more.

      Good colleagues. Snacks. Generally a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Salary is not as high as it ought to be in a tech company. Lots of stress and changeover with changes "promised" for the future. Not very client-centric.
