Collaborative Culture - I always feel like I have a voice in the room. Ideas are discussed among all stakeholders and decisions feel collaborative. Growth Opportunities - I have been given many opportunities to grow within Absorb. My career aspirations feel important to the leadership team. Supportive Colleagues - Everyone is committed to our ultimate goal - ensuring the client has an amazing experience with our product and team. Quick Change - As the company has grown, changes are a daily occurrence. Absorb feels like a safe place to make change, fail fast, and find the right solution.

Expected growing pains for a scaling business where certain peripheral functions/teams are still maturing No supplementary equity compensation plan to incentivize the (assumedly) eventual IPO

Amazing management team. Everyone here is a part of big family, supports each other and helps to excel. Modern development tools, presence of common sense, never stopping innovations. Also company is located in Telus Sky and has a modern office with amazing equipment. Pluralsight subscription, ability to infinitely grow inside company, open-minded leadership.

Cons

A little steep learning curve to get acquainted with main product - Absorb LMS. No other cons really.
