- Great work life balance - Hybrid work flexibility - Wonderful individuals to work with on various teams - Great culture overall driven by CEO and other senior leaders - Excellent SaaS industry to be in, LMS space is rewarding and consistently interesting - Company growth and outlook looks positive

- Limited options for career growth in leadership. - Poor career development support from existing leadership. Inconsistent leadership goals and poor performance review guidelines, its difficult to stay consistent across many leaders and teams - Fragmented collaboration between many teams, inconsistent partnership between development/product teams and client facing teams. - Compensation specifically with base salary not competitive enough, leadership compensation below average - Individual contributors can out earn leadership
