Absorb is a great place to work. I've been here for several years and am thankful that I still enjoy the work that I do and the people I work with. The work is varied, challenging, and always rewarding. The company has seen a great deal of change over the years but has remained a very stable employer, even with its rapid and continuous growth. I was initially concerned that the change in ownership would lead to a substantial change in culture and purpose. However, after more than a year of the transition I am happier here than I was before. Absorb feels like it is ready to go to the next level and thrive. I've made many friends at Absorb over my time here, all of them have either been promoted or moved to another company with a better position, having gained great experience at Absorb. I always recommend Absorb to people interested in working for a great tech company.
