Projects are disorganized. We are not given any clear requirements of what needs to be developed. We face hostility when seeking clarity. The product owners and business analyts run around like headless chickens. Neither they nor the leadership have any clue what they want us to implement. As developers we spend more time do their jobs than write code. Directors not willing to allocate enough resources to the project and yet expect us to move mountains within a couple of months. Frequent last minute changes in requirements from indecisive management.
