      Absorb is a great place to work for a couple of reasons: 1. "no jerks" - they employ friendly people who work as a team. 2. investment in people and technology - it's easier to be successful with a great team around you, and lots of amazing tools to help you do your jog efficiently and effectively. 3. Customer-centric attitude.

      Cons

      Not a true remote work policy, so if you're a digital nomad, this may not be your best option. Constant change - this comes with VC-backed companies but you better be comfortable with things changing on a quarterly basis as the company tweaks systems and process to achieve maximum value.
