Pros

Patients, good employees who were at hospital before Acadia bought it out

Cons

They fire CEO's and CFO's, Clinical Directors, and therapists, faster than speed of light, employees at all levels are hired and set up to fail without proper orientation or support from leaders, and systems and processes

Pros

Pays the bills Facility is great, coworkers are too

Cons

Little to no opportunities for minorities- women, POC. Look at the board and executive team. All white, vast majority are men. They grew too fast and became a beurocratic mess. Greed is the name of the game. We had to lay people off even though we exceeded budget.

Pros

There was a lot of money to be made. They only want independent contractors, which I liked. It gave a clinician the freedom to work as much or as little as you want.

Cons

The company cut corners. They did not treat their staff or patients well. They hired "sketchy" clinicians.
