Great coworkers, excellent equipment, relatively good maintenance, good pay, good schedules available.

Cons

Too much focus on the almighty dollar. Employees are required to get billing information before treating patients in most cases. The patient care suffers because the management places more emphasis on making money than on keeping up to date with medical technology. ambulance crews are overworked due to management reducing the number of trucks on the road to "save money". Management is seriously out of touch with field staff and refuses to make an attempt at connection.

Decent pay rate based on regional standards Company offered Continuing Education classes Frequent hiring processes Employee owned Company with employee profit sharing

Cons

Political management structure Benefit to the company out ways the benefit of the employee Employee turnover Poor percentage on yearly raises If transferring to another region of the company and pay scale is lower employees will loose the difference in pay rate. If transferring Divisions within the company employees loose accrued vacation time also.

Awesome management. Employees own a share of the company so the company gives back to its employees and community. Professional and respectful company.

Cons

I have no cons to mention at this time. I was happy working with them and if I didn't move out of state I would be working with them now.
