      Lots of missed potential, Great Benifits, terrible management

      Pros

      Amazing retirement, Employee stock program is better than most retirements, good equipment, endless education opportunities, relatively up to date protocols, patient advocates.

      Cons

      Deceitful Management. While most are great, some are not above being less than truthful to new hires by saying they are hired to work in 1 area then send them else where as far as 2 to 3 hours away. Will actively gaslight and blame crews for mismanagement. Will pass the buck on poor decisions on other upper management and other leadership. UHU Leadership is so focused on maintaining UHUs and System Status Management they will actively mislead any reported issues into positives despite the issue being problematic

      Pros

      Employee owned. When you go over your schedule time or get put on a late call your allowed to add the time in as over time.

      Cons

      Management treats the staff under them like s**t. Constantly getting your schedule flipped around or they just cut your truck completely. You have to fight with dispatch to be able to even try to stop and get something to eat.
