      Pros

      Normal EMS agency. Good logistics and leadership. Knows how to function as an agency and a professional company. Lots of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Pay depends on region and could always be higher and the Dispatchers have entirely too much control over the system. Long Distant transports for crews could be managed better. I think that it is also unsafe to have out of town units running emergencies in systems they are unfamiliar with.

      Pros

      Fast paced.. There are times when work is slow, so you get to rest up before your next call. Never really a dull day at work.

      Cons

      There is a lot of micro-managing. At times it seems like they are gunning for you and trying to get you terminated.

      Watch out, but good for a first job

      Pros

      No experience required, will take a paramedic with zero previous street time and get you ready for your next job

      Cons

      Warm body syndrome, demonstrate very little concerned for an employee as long as they show up. Will not honor any promises made during recruitment so be careful. You'll get your bonus but nothing else. Lots of BLS and LD transfers so be ready for lots of driving and not much patient care
